Magic Tilt Trailers must be properly notified within 30 DAYS of findings of defective product. Replacement parts for this trailer, including freight, MAY BE shipped NO CHARGE by Magic Tilt.
Should part(s) be needed sooner, part(s) can be shipped by an overnight freight carrier, with charges BEING BILLED to the customer. Magic Tilt WILL NOT make any commitment to reimburse for labor or other supplemental requests. If PARTS are ordered for WORK is performed before we are notified consideration for warranty is null and void and will be DENIED. Any requests for labor reimbursement are reviewed on a CASE-BY-CASE basis pending the RETURN of the original part(s) for functional analysis testing with those results being shared with all parties involved. If reimbursement is being considered, Magic Tilt asks that a labor invoice be sent for review referencing the work that was performed. At times, Magic Tilt may CHARGE for replacement part(s), with the original part(s) to be RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS of the initial claim. Should the part(s) found to be defective from our functional analysis testing, any reimbursement will be considered for LABOR ONLY. Should the part(s) PASS our functional analysis testing, part(s) can be returned, and any charges associated with part(s) WILL STAY IN EFFECT.
